Account permission levels

Ensuring the relevant people have the correct account permissions is important for Smart IA, as only certain accounts will be able to set or reset assessments. 

Teacher accounts on CENTURY can be assigned different permissions. This is done by the team at CENTURY, and can be updated on request. 

Teacher account - Users can view and download the results and certificates for all learners in the Assessments tab. 

Teacher + Manager account - Users can:

• Onboard learners and set up assessment cohorts in Class Admin

• Activate and deactivate assessments 

• Reset assessments for individual learners

• View and download the results and certificates for all learners
